Please read the following information carefully before continuing.

Escorted Tours

For an Escorted Tour, you can check availability before making a firm booking. You can do this by calling us on: 44 (0) 20 8577 2717

If requested we can make a provisional booking for you, which we will hold for 10 days. You can fill in the booking form to make a provisional booking and submit it to us - we will let you know regarding availability.

You will receive a confirmation email to your online booking informing us that we have received your booking. This simply means that we are now in the process of making all the necessary reservations for your holiday.

Your holiday is only confirmed on receipt of an invoice. You will also be contacted by a member of staff via phone or e-mail. If you do not receive any communication from us after 48 hours, please contact us on: 020 8577 2717 or sales@sherpa-walking-holidays.co.uk

To make a firm booking please do the following:

Complete the booking form and submit it to us.
Forward payment for a 100GBP deposit per person and insurance premium if required, either by entering your credit/debit card details, or sending a cheque.

This is the only way to secure your booking.

Self-Guided Holidays

All of our Self-Guided Holidays are booked on an individual basis, so you are free to start on any day you please, and add in any extra days as you desire. Therefore we are unable to check availability for your required dates without a firm booking and 100GBP deposit.

You will receive a confirmation email to your online booking informing us that we have received your booking. This simply means that we are now in the process of making all the necessary reservations for your holiday.

We will not credit our account with any monies until all arrangements have been confirmed.

To make a firm booking please do the following:

Complete the booking form and submit it to us.
Forward payment for a 100GBP deposit per person, any payment for BA flights and insurance premium if required, either by entering your credit/debit card details, or sending a cheque.

This is the only way to secure your booking.

Important Information

a. If you book within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount is payable. Late bookings received within 6 weeks of departure may be subject to extra administrative costs. We will only confirm your holiday on receipt of your booking form.

b. All clients must have insurance cover, though you do not have to purchase this from us. If you require our insurance the premium which covers you against cancellation charges or loss of deposit it must be paid with your initial booking.

c. You may pay by credit/debit card or by cheque. There is a clearing charge of 2% on credit card payments for flights and final balances (no charge on deposits or if you use a debit card). All payments must be made in pounds sterling.

d. We also need details of any additional flights or special requirements you may have. Please fill in all sections of the booking form enclosing any extra details on a separate sheet of paper if necessary.

e. You will then receive our confirmation invoice with the latest tour information. Eight weeks prior to departure you will receive any relevant visa forms. We do not issue reminder statements. Balances should reach us eight weeks prior to departure.
