AguidedcyclealongSardinia's spectacular southwest coast
Plunge into the wild yet romantic beauty of south‑western Sardinia and cycle
beside empty beaches and abandoned mines in the company of a guide
and fellow cyclists. The terrain is rugged in parts, with high cliffs ascending
from the coast, interspersed with long sandy beaches, grass covered dunes
and breathtaking views. The ride commences through the fascinating Sinis
wetlands. At Costa Verde you'll encounter some of the wildest scenery on
the island before pedalling on to some of the highest sand dunes in Europe.
The trip concludes with sensational cycling along the beautiful Costa del
Sud, with its gleaming white beaches. Staying in a combination of family run
hotels and country lodges, your immersion into the Sardinian culture will be
a highlight of the tour.

Hike in western Sicily to discover archaeological sites,
colourful seaside towns and stunning coastal views
Located on the southern borders of Europe, only a few kilometres from
Tunisia, the western side of Sicily offers a wonderful mix of culture, history
and some exceptional landscapes. On this walk you will discover the
archaeological sites of Segesta and Selinunte, where temples, theatres and
an acropolis are evidence of Sicily's ancient historical legacy. Excursions
along the Zingaro and Monte Cofano Nature Reserves show the typical
vegetation of the Mediterranean countryside in a wild and extremely
beautiful environment of coves, caves and impressive rock walls. Visit the
wild island of Levanzo, the narrow streets of Trapani, the local market
in Mazara del Vallo and the old tuna fishery "Tonnara di Scopello" for a
completely different Italian experience.
